Debut Album Released (10/10/10)

It's been much anticipated, but the official Debut Album has finally been released. The long delay has actually turned out to be a blessing because I was able to add 5 NEW tracks to the album. I want to thank the Lord for helping me through this process, for blessing me with both patience and perseverance. Being able to continue a relationship with Christ and consistently trying to keep God in my heart and life 24/7 has really made this journey smoother than any of the other past projects of mine. Look for this album to have a different sound and flavor compared to my other underground albums I've released in the past. Some old songs returned, remixed and revamped to deliver a much stronger God-inspired message. This album has a mix of styles, from hard, mellow, even up tempo dance style. A good combination that'll speak to you no matter what mood you are in and what situation in life you are facing. God inspired my words in these songs, so take it as if He is speaking to you directly. The main objective for this album was to write songs that pretty much hit you straight on, that we need to wake up and get our acts together, if we call ourselves believers, than we need to live like we are believers. So prepare yourself for the release of this album, and continue to Dream, Inspire, Believe! AH, Relief!!

Yesterday evening I went to Mass of Reconciliation to ask for the Lord's forgiveness. I'm glad I went, I almost forgot how refreshing it feels to let out your feelings to the Lord and to be forgiven. I know there will be times in life where I will be challenged and once again fight hard against sin. Before confessions began, the Church ran a little Stations of the Cross play and the devotionals they mentioned after each Station really helped me to stay focused in my life and to become a better man of God. So today, I did a little research and found the Stations of the Cross with devotionals to help us get through not only the Lenten season but through our journey of faith in life. Determination, Patience and Discipline

To get everyone on the same page: Last year in May, Sandy and I took the kids to the Witte museum, they had this scale that measured your weight and gave a comparison to how much beef that equaled to. Jesus jumped on and of course was a lightweight, not much beef..haha. Then I jumped on and was shocked by the numbers :( I was 267 lbs.!! I knew I was heavy, but the last time I had checked my weight, I remember I was 227 lbs. Not only that, but my feet started hurting alot and I was slowing down big time on the basketball court. This was my signal to do something about my weight or later pay the consequences. I had gotten injured playing basketball in March the previous year and I was out for 6 months, during that period is where I believe I let myself go. So since May of last year to now, I weigh 238 lbs!! I went through rehab for my injury, then I had given up sodas for lent and have given it up for good since. Call On Him

by MikeC Ok, I feel I need to write this down, I believe the Holy Spirit is asking me to send this message to you. If you haven't called on God yet and conversed with Him, I tell you now to please dial Him up and patch things up. If you have called Him but felt you got the cold shoulder every time, I tell you now, swallow your pride and call Him back but this time trust in Him and give Him all your love. Yeah there were times I called on God and didn't get any answers right there and then, BUT, with patience and trust in His will, you will get an answer. I'll be honest, recently I've thought about putting down the mic, and pretty much ending my ministry.
